Bellagio is an old historical town in the heart of Lake Como. There are many bars and resturants which richly satisfy your taste buds. Being in the heart of the lake, ferries and boats are frequently avaliable to travel from town to town so your journey can be enjoyed to the fullest. Ferry times can be viewed here or can be looked up in the brochure waiting for you in your apartment. The village also has great beaches and bays from where you can easily enter the clean lake waters for a refreshing swim. Feel free to ask us for more information.
Your booking is welcome through our webiste, email or booking sites. We will get back to you soonest once we have analysed the details of your requests and our team will try it's very best to accommodate you to your full satisfaction.
All major credit cards as well as bank transfer will be accepted. We do not accept American Express.
If cancelled within 14 days upon arrival, the full amount will be charged, however, we can grant you with a re-booking voucher with a value of 50% of the cancellation value, valid for 12 months from the issue date.
*This re-booking voucher will be valid for all of our apartments subject on availability.

In case you would like to bring your pet, please contact us directly via phone or email before your arrival.
In the use of our garage, please note that this will be fully on your own risk and an additional charge for €15 per day will be added to your bill. (This varies upon season)
Check-in times are generally from 2pm until 6pm, in case you prefer different times, please let us know in advance. Should you be delayed by any circumstances we would appreciate if you could let us know by SMS, email or call. Some of our apartments are eligible for self-checkins by using our code access system.
We would like you to respect our check-out time of 11am - for any special arrangements please let us know in advance and we will see what we can do for you.
Any damages or missing items will be added to the guests bill.
